What is a MiSTer FPGA and why do I need it?
The MiSTer FPGA is an open-source project that uses Field Programmable Gate Arrays to simulate classic gaming hardware at a logic level, providing near-perfect accuracy and zero lag compared to software emulation.
How long does shipping take for international orders?
International orders typically ship within 2-3 business days. Delivery times vary by destination, usually ranging from 7 to 21 business days depending on the selected carrier and customs processing.
Do your kits come pre-assembled?
We offer both individual components for DIY enthusiasts and fully assembled, plug-and-play bundles. Please check the specific product description to see if assembly is required.
What is your return policy on electronic components?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items in their original condition. Please note that components showing signs of user-induced damage or improper soldering are not eligible for refunds.
Are the power supplies included with the IO boards?
Most individual boards do not include a power supply. We recommend using a high-quality 5V/4A power adapter for a complete MiSTer setup, which can be purchased separately in our 'Accessories' section.
How do I update the firmware on my MiSTer Addons hardware?
Most of our hardware interfaces directly with the MiSTer OS. You can update your system by running the 'update.sh' script while your MiSTer is connected to the internet.
