At MiSTer Addons, we stand by the quality of our FPGA hardware and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue or reason for the return.

  Prepare the Hardware

  Ensure all items, including PCBs, cables, and cases, are securely packed in their original anti-static packaging to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package via a tracked service to our designated processing center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship your replacement within 5 business days.
